history: Katharina Tatiana Demivdova was born in Moscow, Russia on the freezing first day of a new year. Her mother claims that she was singing from the minute she was free of the womb, and they have video evidence to support it. Though her first language is Russian, Kate barely has an accent because her family emigrated to America when she was 8. Oh sure, there's still a bit of one there, and she can't pronounce a few words very well, but you can't tell immediatly that she's Russian.

She and her family lived in New York, and Kate went to a performing arts school until high school when her family heard about the wonderful reputation of the Society Boarding School for music and vocals in particular. So Kate packed her bags, bid farewell to her family and moved to the school. Her first year was uneventful, but the second year, she met Ethan. Though she was a little shy in accepting his affections, they were eventually an item and they have been ever since. Kate cares very much for him and all of her friends at the school, and can't wait to see how this year goes.[/font][/size][/ul]
